Versailles - Attending Russian Festival [rASIA.com 2012]

Versailles have announced that they shall be playing at the rASIA.com 2012 Festival in Russia. The band have posted this following announcement on their OHP which includes additional information:

We are delight to annouce that Versailles will perform at the rASIA.com 2012 Festival,

the biggest Asian convention in Moscow.

The show will be at Club MILK at the Festival on May 17th.

Versailles will be at the stage around 8pm,

Versailles - 5th Anniversary

KAMIJO tweeted that there is an update to the already impressive line-up: Moi dix Mois (who celebrate their 10th anniversary this year) will join D as their special guest on the second day!

 

June 23rd

June 24th
Versailles / D / Moi dix Mois (special guest).

 

The event, titled "Versailles Presents Tokyo Metropolis", will take place at Ebisu Liquid Room.

Versailles - New Release

Their new digital single "Rhapsody of the Darkness" (lyrics: KAMIJO / composer: HIZAKI) & "Illusion" (lyrics & composer: KAMIJO) will be released at 2012/04/25.

 

Versailles Releases New Singles From Tour

   Visual Kei rock band Versailles announced the release of two new songs from their 7 month tour that ended last month on the 12th. The singles are to be released on April 25th. Their last album Holy Grail which was released last June will make it about 10 months since a release of something new.

"Rhapsody of the Darkness" which the lyrics were written by vocalistKAMIJO and the song was written by guitarist HIZAKI is one of the to be released singles. KAMIJO also wrote the other single "Illusion". When these songs were played on the tour, fans demanded the release of a new single and to meet that demand they decided to release these two songs.

It has also been announced that in June, the band will celebrate their 5th year anniversary since forming and will release a 5 year collection.

Versailles Plans for 2012 Tours!

After finishing, their Holy Grail world tour this past week, the band Versaillesalready started posting their plans for the first half of this year, including multiple concerts, two singles, and a new album.

Versailles will start off as guests for D's Mad Tea Party in April and from there they will have a small four stop spring tour. The last concert they posted is a two day event titled: Versailles Presents Tokyo Metropolis in honor of theirfifth year anniversary See the schedule below for more details:

Finally Versailles announced that they will release two new singles along with their album this year. Band member TERU posted on his blog that more information about these releases will be soon be available on the band's official homepage.

On February 12th, 2012 at C.C. Lemon Hall, Versailles announced the release of two new singles--one in April and one in June. In August, they plan to release a new album as well. There were no further details on any of these new works, however, they played two new songs at the concert along with the new version of "Love". One of these new songs were an instrumental, the other was called "Rhapsody Of Darkness".
