NICO Touches the Walls to hold free live on May 16th

 

NICO Touches the Walls will be holding a free live at Yoyogi Park Outdoor Stage on May 16th.

This day also marks the release date of NICO Touches the Walls’ newest single, “Natsu no Daisankakkei“. Fans can expect to hear the band’s new song in an open environment.

Viewing the live is completely free; however, there will be a priority area for those who purchase the single or download it in Chaku-Uta Full form.

NICO Touches the Walls to kick off nationwide tour in September

 

Rock band NICO Touches the Walls has announced that they will be holding their nationwide tour, ‘NICO Touches the Walls TOUR 2012‘, starting in September!

The tour will kick off on September 27th at Namba Hatch, and the boys are scheduled to hold a total of 23 performances. This marks NICO Touches the Walls’ longest tour in band history.

Tickets will gradually go on sale starting July 14th. Prior to this, the band’s official mobile site will be accepting ticket pre-reservations.

NICO Touches the Walls reveals cover jackets for “Natsu no Daisankakkei”

Rock band NICO Touches the Walls has revealed the cover jackets for their upcoming single, “Natsu no Daisankakkei“!

The cover jackets features a summer sky in the background with a woman and a triangle in the center. This is the first time since November of 2009 since a person other than the band members have been used on the cover.

Additionally, 3 other versions of “Natsu no Daisankakkei” are now available for download in Chaku-Uta form.

NICO Touches the Walls to simultaneously release new single + PV collection

Rock band NICO Touches the Walls has announced that they will be releasing their new single, “Natsu no Daisankakkei“, on May 16th!

“Natsu no Daisankakkei” is currently being used as the CM song for NICO Touches the Walls’ starring CM, “Calpis Water“. It was first performed during their one-man live at Makuhari Messe on March 20th.

For its coupling track, the single will include a new song written and composed by Furumura Daisuke(G) called “Yudachi March“. It will also contain a cover of Kasagi Shizuko’s “Rappa to Musume“. This will be the band’s first cover song that’s  to be featured on a CD.

The limited edition will come with a DVD containing a live footage of “Natsu no Daisankakkei” from the Makuhari Messe concert. It will also include documentary footage of the “Calpis Water” CM shoot.

Along with the single, NICO Touches the Walls will also simultaneously release their PV collection, “Library vol.2“. This will feature 7 music videos from “Sudden Death Game” to “Bicycle” as well as the actual “Calpis Water” CM.

NICO Touches The Walls New Song Used as CM Song

It has been announced that NICO Touches The Walls' New Song "Natsu no Daisankakkei" will be used as the new TV commercial for "Calpis Water".

The new TV commercial titled "Zenryoku no Kimini LIVE Junbi" will be aired nationwide on March 20th (Tue). "Natsu no Sankakkei" will be distributed (digital download) from March 21st, the single will actually be released on March 16th.
