Solaris.★ will release their new mini-album on 18th July which is called ContRast流星群.

It comes with 5 tracks and a PV and it costs 2,625 Yen.

Solaris.★ Releasing First Mini Album

 

Earlier this year Visual Kei band Solaris.★ lost vocalist and guitarist but found new members in April.

Now they’ve announced their first release with the new line-up.
 

The band’s first mini album is titled “ContRast ryuuseigun” and will drop on July 18th.

For 2625 Yen you’ll get a CD including 5 songs and a CD-EXTRA including a PV.

On August 18th Solaris.★ will celebrate their first anniversary with a One man at Shinsaibashi Soma in Osaka!

Solaris.★ - New Vocalist and Guitarist

 

Solaris.★ guitarist Yoku and vocalist Shizuku have left the band for unknown reasons, shortly after Shizuku's departure the band announced their new vocalist and that support guitarist Chihiro will be an official member.

 

Both were previously in the band Lucia alongside guitarist Yusa, ex-guitarist Yoku and bassist Sena.

The band have not released an updated band picture and new member pictures are taken from their official ameblo blog.

Vocalist Shizuku Leaving Solaris.★

Hard times for Solaris.★.

Only one month ago guitarist Yoku left the band all of a sudden due to arguments with the bandmembers. The same day vocalist Shizuku announced his departure. He will leave the band next week, on April 7th at their live titled “Yozora ni Habataku tsubasa.★” in Osaka. He came to this decision because of differences in band directions.

But it doesn’t seem like he will retire from the music industry because he already announced to perform with a session band at a live at OSAKA LIVE HOUSE D’ on May 19th.

As for Solaris.★, a support guitarist joined them on March 30th. His name is Chihiro and he, guitarists Yoku and Yusa and bassist Sena were in the same band before it broke up.

They didn’t give any information regarding a new vocalist. So we have to wait and see what happens next.

Solaris.★ losing two members

 

Bad news from Solaris.★ have been announced yesterday...
Their Vocalist Shizuku and Guitarist Yoku are going to leave the band after their performance on April 7th. Shizuku is leaving due to different ways he and Solaris.★ want to go in the future, while Yoku seemed to have some arguments with the remaining members.
However, both members are very sorry to their fans for this announcement.

Solaris.★ new upcoming maxi-single

Solaris.★'s new maxi single was announced at their live in Shinsaibashi FANJ-twice on 2011/11/22.  The new single (title not yet finalized) will be released on 2012/03/21, although details have not yet been announced.
