Sadie will release a new Mini Album! It’s called “RED LINE” and goes on sale on April 4th.
The songtitles aren't announced yet but according to their homepage the Mini Album comes in two different types:
Limited edition
5 songs + PV
Regular edition
6 songs

And
to promote their new Mini Album Sadie will go on tour starting about
one month after the release date. Their tour includes concerts in 11
cities as you can see in the schedule below:

Furthermore they announced another 7th anniversary concert titled "Sadie 7th Anniversary Special GIG 2012 【REBORN TO BE ALIVE】".
Actually their 7th anniversary concert is on March 17th but because it
was sold out in 3 minutes they decided to add another concert to their
schedule! It will take place on March 24th at umeda AKASO in Osaka.
